A Family Business Built on Hard Work
G&C Landscape & Maintenance was founded in 1999 by Glen and Cindy Cormier. The company takes its name from their initials, but it represents much more than that. It was built around a simple goal: creating a business that would provide for their family while allowing Glen to spend more time with them.
In the early days, Glen worked on his own, mowing lawns for homeowners throughout the area. Those first jobs eventually led to mulch and pinestraw installations, and over time the business expanded into the full range of landscaping services G&C provides today.
More than twenty-five years later, several of those original lawn maintenance customers are still with G&C. That kind of trust isn't built overnight. It's earned through consistent work, dependable service, and treating every property with care.
Growing Up with the Business
For Brandon Cormier, G&C has always been part of life.
He began helping his father at just twelve years old, spending summers, winter breaks, and Saturdays working alongside him. Some of his earliest memories include unloading pinestraw bales from tractor trailers and helping clean up properties after long days on the job. Those experiences taught him the value of hard work and gave him an appreciation for the pride that comes from seeing a project completed from start to finish.
After college, Brandon returned to the business full time in 2016. He found himself drawn back to the hands-on nature of landscaping and the immediate satisfaction of seeing outdoor projects come together on a customer's property.
Continuing the Legacy
In 2023, Brandon stepped into the role of CEO as Glen stepped away from the business.
While the company continues to grow, its foundation remains the same. G&C is still committed to delivering quality workmanship, building lasting relationships with customers, and treating every project with the attention it deserves.
Today, the company has expanded to include multiple crews and continues to grow its capabilities. This allows G&C to take on a wider variety of landscape improvement projects while maintaining the personal service that has shaped the business since the beginning.

Every property is different, and every homeowner has their own goals. Whether it's improving drainage, refreshing an existing landscape, installing new sod, or creating an outdoor living space, G&C believes the best results begin with understanding the property before recommending a solution.
